Practice Dates & Events
Generally practice is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15pm - dusk (or 6pm) WEATHER DEPENDING. If it is raining or the ground is too wet, we may change practice location to the gym. Look for an email update on practice days.
To attend practice, riders must be registered with NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association).
Remember to bring your bike, helmet, glasses, gloves, water bottle, snack, and wear appropriate riding clothes for the weather.

The Sonora MTB Team is an integral member of a rapidly expanding national network comprising competitive high school and junior high school mountain bike teams. As the latest addition to interscholastic sports, cycling provides unique opportunities unmatched by any other school athletic activity.
